Illustrative avocado pilot
Situation: A cooperative has variable avocado maturity, inconsistent packout and scattered export records. Quality teams often discover specification problems after significant packing work has already been completed.
Pilot: Twelve weeks across selected blocks and one packing workflow. Field observations and harvest records are connected to standardized intake grading, lot identity and an export-readiness checklist for candidate buyers.
